Our 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. It does not include labor charges or shipping costs if you choose to have us perform the repairs.
What’s Not Covered:
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from conditions, malfunctions, or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Examples of non-covered issues include:
Damage caused by negligence or unauthorized modifications.
Damage resulting from natural disasters, theft, or loss.
Normal wear and tear.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
Neglect or lack of proper maintenance.
This warranty ensures your investment is protected against defects, but regular care and maintenance are essential to keep your heat press performing at its best.
 
IMPORTANT: Just like with any new equipment, there is a learning curve. Expect some trial and error. Results will vary based on sublimation paper, ink, and design.
