SUBLIMATION SUGGESTIONS:
 
Our Acrylic blanks come with protective sheets on both sides. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to sublimate:
- Remove the protective film from the WHITE SUBLIMATABLE SIDE (back side). Be careful not to scratch the surface. Do NOT remove the film from the clear (front) side yet!
- Print the image slightly larger than the blank — DO NOT MIRROR!
- Align the blank to the transfer.
- Use heat tape to secure two ends of the substrate to the transfer.
- Create a sandwich with the blank between two sheets of scratch paper.
- Press at 375 degrees for 80-100 seconds, with medium pressure.
- Remove the blank from the press immediately.
 
IMPORTANT: Remove the transfer and PROMPTLY place the sublimated ornament on a hard surface with a HEAVY object on top to prevent warping while it cools.
 
When cool: remove the protective plastic sheet from the front of the ornament. Be careful not to scratch the surface.
 
Note: Sublimation settings may vary depending on your heat press, paper brand, and ink.
