Our sublimation prints are sold by the linear foot. The maximum printable area of the 24"-wide gang sheet is 23 inches. Please ensure your gang sheets are 23 inches wide.
 
To ensure smooth processing, please submit your artwork in a print-ready format.

All Custom gang sheets must be print ready. We won't adjust sizes or arrange your gang sheets. We will print your order as-is.
Some graphic software may downsize your file. After saving your gang sheet: re-open it and ensure it's still still 23" wide.
Images won't be consolidated into a gang sheet unless you choose our Gang Sheet Building service.
If you need edits, please request them when placing your order. A minimum charge of $20 applies for custom edits, with additional charges based on the complexity of alterations.
There's no Rush Fee for Sublimation Print Orders. We strive to process all orders promptly. Please check the website header for our current TAT.

PLEASE NOBE ADVISED THAT:
Sublimation requires a HEAT PRESS. You can not use an iron.
Transfers must be used on a substrate coated for sublimation (mugs, etc.) or fabric with at least 65% polyester. 100% polyester is recommended for best results. The fabric must be white or a light color. Any other colors other than white may alter the colors when pressed. The image will not show on dark colors.
Sublimation does not use white ink. If there is white in the design, it will become the color of the fabric you apply it to. 
If you're looking for transfers that work on dark fabrics: please order our DTF transfers.
The colors on your screen WILL differ from the colors on transfer. The true colors will show once pressed to the substrate.
 
Turnaround time: typically 1-3 business days but please check the website header for our current TAT and vacations and out-of-office schedule. There are no cancelations, returns, or refunds on any transfer orders.

ATTENTION: We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked designs unless you possess the copyrights or have explicit permission to use them. PLEASE NOTE: Purchasing a copyrighted or trademarked design on Etsy does not grant you the rights to print it, as many Etsy sellers may not adhere to legal requirements - we do. Please avoid including such designs in your gang sheets, as orders containing them will be rejected, requiring a revision of your gang sheet. This may lead to a delay in your order.
