Every heat press purchase includes:
- 10-Year Factory Warranty on the upper platen.
- 1-Year Factory Warranty on parts.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. However, it does not include labor charges or shipping costs if you choose to have us perform repairs.
What Does This Mean in Simple Terms?
If a part needs to be replaced during the 1-year warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement part from the factory in China to your home address. You will then need to replace the part yourself.
Upon request, the factory provides clear, step-by-step instructions—usually in the form of a detailed video—that you can pause and replay to guide you through the process. We’ve found their videos to be very easy to follow. Regardless of the part that needs to be replaced or repaired, even when we were new to this equipment, we found these tasks straightforward and manageable.
If you’re uncomfortable performing the replacement or repair yourself, you have the option to hire a professional technician to do the work for you.
Please Note:
- We will not accept the press or any part of it for repairs.
- We will not provide free shipping labels for any repair-related shipments.
- If you choose to ship the press or its parts to us for repairs or replacements, we will charge you for both the shipping and labor costs. A detailed quote will be provided upon request.
What’s NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from conditions, malfunctions, or damage that are unrelated to manufacturing defects.
Examples of non-covered issues include:
- Damage caused by negligence or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage due to natural disasters, theft, or loss.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Neglect or failure to perform proper maintenance.

This warranty ensures that your heat press is protected against manufacturing defects. However, regular care and proper maintenance are essential to keep your press operating at its best.
