How to Verify Your Eligibility
To receive your discount, we require proof of military service. This helps us ensure the discount is reserved for our military community. Verification can be securely completed using Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.
Why Google Drive or OneDrive?
Both platforms are highly secure, free to use, and compliant with data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. You can share your document with us in a way that allows us to view it without downloading or storing it on our systems, ensuring compliance with these regulations.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Verification
Using Google Drive:
Upload your proof of military service (e.g., military ID, veteran designation on a driver’s license) to your Google Drive.
Right-click on the file and select “Share.”
Under “General Access,” choose “Anyone with the link” and set the role to “Viewer.”
Disable downloading:
Click the gear icon in the sharing settings.
Uncheck “Viewers and commenters can see the option to download, print, and copy.”
Copy the link and email it to us at order@pnwprintco.com.
Once we’ve reviewed your file, we’ll provide your 10% discount code.
Using Microsoft OneDrive:
Upload your proof of military service to OneDrive.
Select the file and click “Share.”
Choose “Anyone with the link can view” and check “Block download.”
Copy the link and email it to us at order@pnwprintco.com.
After reviewing, we’ll send you your discount code.
Important Note
Under no circumstances - please do NOT email us copies of your documents! Sharing files via Google Drive or OneDrive ensures your personal information remains secure and allows us to review your document without storing it.
Please also delete the file from your Drive or OneDrive within one week of sharing it with us. This gives us ample time to verify your eligibility while ensuring your personal information is protected.
